Situated on a beautiful country estate, this adorable Victorian cottage is wonderfully situated down a private track, right by a stream, and surrounded by fields.

Peace, perfect peace, and privacy, is what you will find here. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely big garden with a stream, a sheltered patio, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and plenty of lawn.

The cottage itself is light-filled and very prettily decorated by one of the owners, an interior designer. Recently refurbished, it is luxuriously comfortable and well-equipped – perfect for a romantic stay or honeymoon for a couple, or a holiday base for a small family.

The living-room comprises a good-sized kitchen with all you could need for easy self-catering, a place to sit and eat, and a very comfortable sitting-area with sofa, armchair and TV. A wood burner warms the place well in winter; and in summer, the French doors open out onto the sunny sheltered patio and garden.

The master bedroom upstairs has a wonderful big bed with a view through the window towards the Skirrid Mountain (the eastern extreme of the Brecon Beacons National Park). A big luxurious bathroom with roll-top bath, big separate shower, loo and hand basin is ensuite. The children’s bedroom sleeps a child in a single bed and an infant in a cot.
